THE NUTRISSERIE

I'm Jocelyn, aka "Le Nutty Chef", a French raw chef, living in West Cork where nature inspires me. I have a keen interest in culinary plants & herbs. I enjoy spending time meandering the Wild Atlantic Way foraging for seaweed, flowers and a bite of inspiration. I transitioned from being a conventional chef to raw chef with natural ease and conviction.

I want to offer people raw, unadulterated food that not only awakens the senses and redevelops the palate, but also, aids digestion, boosts energy and vitality.  Because raw is in its living state, food retains all its nutrients and enzymes. 

Le Nutty Chef proposes a range of gourmet raw nutritive sweet and savoury creations (plant-based, gluten-free and refined sugar-free).
